Ulasan video kedua saya berasal dari channel Back Bench Geeks dengan judul video OS - Shortest Job First Explanation (Animation). Video ini berdurasi 7 menit 55 detik dengan jumlah penonton 14,619 views. Video ini bisa diakse di https://youtu.be/ngHgEqYZeyg. Video ini membahas topik algoritma dengan sub-materi SJF.
Video ini sangat menarik untuk ditonton karena materi yang diajarkan menggunakan gambar untuk mempermudah penjelasan. Kualitas videonya sangat jernih walaupun suara terdengar samar-samar sehingga menyulitkan dalam mendengar materi.

Dalam video tersebut dijelaskan bahwa, SJF merupakan proses penjadwalan yang ada di ready queue dan akan dieksekusi berdasarkan burst time terkecil. Hal ini mengakibatkan waiting time yang pendek untuk setiap proses. Karena hal tersebut, maka waiting time rata-ratanya juga menjadi pendek, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa algoritma ini adalah algoritma yang optimal. SJF memiliki 2 sifat yaitu preemptive dan non-preemptive.
